Damaged or Spilled Packages
If the package you receive is damaged or has spilled contents, we kindly ask that you take clear images of both the box and the damaged Silajit product. This documentation is required for any refund or replacement request. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Refund or Replacement
In the event that your Silajit product arrives damaged, we promise to either provide a 100% refund or replace the product, depending on your preference. This policy is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
Payment Refund
For card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), a processing fee of 8% will be deducted from all refunds. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original provided bank account. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, ensuring that your experience remains smooth and hassle-free.
Time Limit for Claims
Any claims for damaged or spilled Silajit products must be made within the same day of delivery. This ensures a timely resolution for delivery issues. After this time, we will not be responsible for any claims related to product damage or issues that occurred post-delivery.
Exclusions for Refunds
Please note that refunds will not be provided if the Silajit product is damaged by the customer or if any elements of the product are missing. This is to protect our company from misuse or fraudulent claims and ensure fair practices for all our customers.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately through the provided email or contact number, along with your order ID. We will process your cancellation request promptly. However, please note that cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped.
